Are these EC's considered sufficient for admission?

By the time I apply, these will be my ECs. Is there anything I should be working on? I definitely lack research experience. I have no idea how to even get into research and get my name published on something. Is that a deal breaker?:
  • 1 year (~100-200 hours) of bringing my dog to hospitals as a therapy dog. I trained her to be a registered therapy dog. Mostly visiting Children's hospitals and hospice/nursing homes.
  • From 2008-2013 I have volunteered by coaching flag football teams on and off at the local YMCA. Probably 400+ hours there.
  • 50-100 hours of shadowing a gastroenterologist and an endocrinologist
  • Avid tennis player since I was a child- played in amateur tournaments and won a doubles tournament while in college.
  • Intramural sports 2008-2011, Captains of the following teams: Flag football, basketball, tennis, hockey, beach volleyball and indoor volleyball.
  • No science research but I have a paper on literacy rates and economic growth that could have been potentially published if submitted.
  • Pi Sigma Alpha - 2010-2011
