Hey everyone, First post so I figured I would just say hey and thanks to everyone on here. I've read the forums for a while but haven't really been active, but better late than never right? Now down to the details:
I'm currently a Junior Bio major and I plan on applying and taking the MCAT this upcoming summer. I currently have a 3.7cGPA and 3.5sGPA, both with strong upwards trends after getting around a 3.2 freshman year and 4.0 since. My main concern is that I only have about 50 total hours of shadowing, mainly in peds, and around 100 total volunteer hours. Am I going to be out of luck with so few hours, specifically with so few centered around health care? I do have a year of research on campus as well.
