Hi everyone. I am currently a Senior Graduating in May 2013 from Rutgers University, NJ. I have a good GPA and hopefully will do good on my MCAT in April. I took my MCAT last year in August and ended up with 25 (12/4/9). Based on the current practice exam trends it seems like I will end up around 30. I was working full time until my Junior year so my ECs are very weak.

Here are my stats:
GPA: cGPA 3.92/ sGPA 3.82

MCAT: 1st time 25 (13/4/9), 2nd time hopefully 30.

ECs:
Clinical: Volunteering in ER, I have 150 hours right now and will have approximately 250 by the time I apply.
Non-Clinical: I have been going to a Hindu Temple every weekend for 3-4 hours for almost 3 years now. I help clean the hall for ceremony and serve people with food and water after the ceremony is over. Does this count towards non clinical Volunteering?
Work Experience: Chemistry Tutor for 2 years and still working, Worked at a Fast Food Restaurant as a Shift Leader for one year.
Shadowing: I will have 30 hours of shadowing from one doctor.
Research: None
Club: None

I am going to apply to many schools but below are the few schools that will be my first choices:
UMDNJ-RWJ
UMDNJ-NJMS
UMDNJ-SOM
Drexel
Copper Medical School
Temple University

What are my chances? What should I do to improve my chances in upcoming six months? Thank You!
