MD 4.0GPA, 41S, weak ECs

Senior at a small, unknown, public university. I'm sitting pretty with a 4.0 and 41S, but my ECs are fairly lacking. I'll be applying in summer 2013 so hopefully there's still a little time to add anything that's missing. If I continue with the schedule that I'm currently doing, my final EC hours will be as follows:

- 200 hrs clinical
- 150 hrs non-clinical
- 1 year research (no pub)
- 100 hrs shadowing

I know I can get in somewhere, but I'm wondering where I stand with regards to a top 20.
