MD What are my chances of getting into a school?

What are my chances with this set of info:

MCAT: 30
GPA: 3.4
Good extracurriculars (volunteering, shadowing)

But with C in Orgo I, D in Orgo II and Physics II

Everything else is an A (with a few B's)


I would like to know if it is likely I would get into at least a couple MD schools in the USA?

And also, if there are any good international American schools outside the Carribean that would take me otherwise
