MD 3.5cGPA, 3.5sGPA, 36 MCAT help with school list

My MCAT is 10 PS, 13 VR, 13 BS.
My GPA is a solid 3.5 with a huge upward trend culminating in a 3.7 total for my senior year. I know my MCAT is a huge boost to my stats, but I'm having trouble formulating a school list. I am a PA resident who went to school at a private, competitive institution. I have a ton of leadership and community service experience (over 100 hours / year). I have also taught underprivileged kids biology and physics for a summer. I also tutored for my Orgo professor and was an undergrad TA for Bio. I have spent 64 hours in the ER doing coursework as well.

I graduated this past May and I am spending the year working as a tech in an opthalmology office where I interact with the doctors very regularly. My LORs are very solid as well.

I am just having issues with my school list at the moment. I have been using the MSAR but I would like to shave this list down to about 14 and I would love to hear some recommendations as well. I have a lot of reach schools on it at the moment. Thanks in advance!
