MD How do I stand?

I submitted my primary around June 20th, submitted all my secondaries in the 1st week of August. I have 3 II's, 2 rejections (both from schools with 11K+ applicants), and 2 holds. Still waiting to hear from 8 other schools (applied to 15 in all).

I have a 32Q (11/9/12) and 3.63c/3.41s.

I'm happy to have II's, so it's not like I'm panicking, I'm just curious if I'm in a good place for mid-October since I submitted my secondaries over 2 months ago.
