Here's my stats, hoping for some feedback...

Econ major, Columbia University
3.75 cGPA, 3.65sGPA (definite upward trend in GPA, especially science... sGPA in last 2 years, when I took all my premed classes, was around 3.85 and my cGPA in that period was around 3.9)
MCAT: 14P 15V 14B, T

ECs:
4 months working full-time as EMT-B
6 months volunteering in hospital in Nigeria
6 months volunteering in clinical research in hospital ED
12 months volunteering in clinical/research capacity as Cardiopulmonary Stress Test Technician at hospital
6 months volunteering at clinic in Ecuador
Various non-medical paid work, most of which is unimpressive food service stuff but includes a Management position for 5 months for a political campaign

The list:
UCSF
Stanford
UCLA
Pritzker
Wash U
U Mich
Tulane?
Dartmouth?
Harvard
Boston U?
SUNY Upstate?
Columbia
Einstein
Sinai
SUNY Downstate
Penn
Hopkins?
Duke
Vandy
Emory?
U Miami?

The question marks are ones where I'm unsure. One of my major goals is to get a merit scholarship somewhere, since I want to work in global health stuff after and dont want to have a zillion dollars in debt if I can avoid it. I've heard that UCLA, Pritzker, Wash U, U Mich, and Vandy are good places to apply for that reason... Any advice on good strategies to get them to pony up that cold hard $$$$? On whether it makes sense to just apply to everywhere I might like to go or try to trim? THANKS!
