Advice on Activities

Hello everyone :)

I was looking for some advice regarding work experience, volunteering, and research. I'm nervous that I'm lacking in some areas and would like to start improving them now. I'm a senior in an honours bachelor of science, double-majoring (Physiology & Neuroscience) and double-minoring (Chemistry & Psychology) - I have a year and a half left before graduation, and plan to apply to MD/PhD programs.
Not that it's crucial to this particular post but here are some stats: cGPA 3.94* (4.0, 4.0, 3.83), sGPA 4.0, MCAT 36T
*Should get ~3.9 this year, so cGPA ~3.93

Work:
15 hr/week Firefighter (Car accidents & medical calls mostly), 2012-2015
10-30 hr/week Rancher/Farmer (Partial owner), 2009-2015

Volunteering:
Disability Services Mentor (~5 hr/week) 2009-2011
Science Society Member (~2 hr/week) 2009-2013
Science Society President (~15 hr/week) 2013-2014
Public Speaking Judge (~10 hr/week for 5 months/year) 2009-2013
Shadowed an Emergency Physician & Neurologist, 5 hr/week, 2007-2013

Research:
Neuropsychology Research, 2010, not published
Neuroscience Research 2011-2012, published, 1st author
Honours Thesis' 2013-2015
- Medicinal Chemistry & Neuropharmacology Research. I will be synthesizing a new psychoactive drug and then testing it on white mice.
- Physiology Research, under development.

I'm wondering what else I could be doing to make myself more well-rounded? I typically complete spring/summer semesters, so it's important that activities are somewhat flexible.

Thank you in advance!

P.S. Any activity projecting beyond 2013 is theoretical.
