MD & DO what are my reaslitic changes / need advices

So here are the Stats:

First time taking the MCAT (23: 7VR, 9PS, 7BS):(; Thinking of retaking in sometime late summer/early fall ( 2014 Adm cycle)

Biology major and Chem Minor, graduated in April 2012 with a 3.4083 GPA overall, 3.55 science GPA
Not so much extracurricular ( No research but 1+ year of non-clinical volunteering as well as clinical and leadership in a few other clubs....)
