I need MAJOR help deciding which schools to apply to. My gpa is poor, but I did okay on my second MCAT. (Do schools average the two? And would going to Yale help with my GPA?)

MCAT: 30Q (11 PS, 11 VR, 8 BS) –1st Test
cum GPA: 3.57
science GPA: 3.45
LORs: One from each: 1) PI for research, 2) Health Policy Internship, 3) Community Hiring Director (relating to the prison project), and 4) Physics professor
Extra-Curriculars:
co-Director of Roosevelt Center (community involvement organization) 3 years (3 hours/week)
--Partnered with New Haven Mayor's office to implement jobs placement for ex-offenders in the New Haven area
Political Union, Party Chairman 4 Years (2 hours/week)
Medical Clinic Administrator-2 years (6 hours/week) (220 hours)
Hospital Shadowing-(60 hours)
Endocrinology Research-2 years (10 hours/week)
Dormitory Governing Board (and dorm career services liaison)-4 years (2 hours/week)
Summer Health Policy Internships (1 with local health department, 1 in Belgium)
