MD Chances for a Pre-Pharmacy Student?

Hello everyone! I am a Pre-Pharmacy year 1(freshman in college) and have some questions as to where I stand.
I am currently doubting if pharmacy is the right field for me and I want to know what I should do if I wish to switch to medicine in the future.
My current GPA is a 3.94 and I am on the dean's list.

I have so far 33 community service hours.

I plan on shadowing/interning at CVS and shadowing a physician during the summer.

What are things that I should focus on or be on the look out for? For example, community service activities, MCAT etc.
