MD GPA: 3.92 MCAT: 36 // 39 - Are the reach schools realistic?

GPA: 3.92 MCAT: 36 (1st administration: 14/9/13) // 39 (13/12/14)
Attended at national top 15 university (as ranked by US News Report)

Served on the executive board
-of a school's Dance Marathon for 2 years (40+ hours/week investment)
-another student organization for 2 years. (10+ hours/week investment)
-Tutored extensively in chemistry, organic chemistry, and biology (genetics).
-Won [monetary] awards and accolades for the category of best design project in the engineering school
-Currently in AmeriCorps
-40 hours of volunteering in hospital ER in summer BEFORE college
-a combined 3 years+ of biomedical research in two separate laboratories (again no publications)

My biggest concerns are that I don't have enough [clinical] volunteer experience (I devoted all of my time and energy into my on campus volunteer efforts) and also that I don't have any publications to be competitive at the research-heavy institutions that litter the top of the MD brackets.

However, some of the schools indicative of where I would like to apply include:

UCSF
UCLA
UPenn
NYU
Cornell
Columbia

and 1 or 2 DO schools as well.

So, SDN, please - what are my chances?
