MD Chances for a CA med school?

Hi everyone, I had a really rough last year due to family issues so my grades went down a lot. But I've been going on an upward trend. I was wondering what my chances really are for a CA med school.

Right now my stats are:

cGPA- 3.72
sGPA- 3.46

I should probably mention that I got my Bs last year in Physics, Ochem, and Ochem lab (C in ochem 2 lab). After my sophomore year, I have made As in 4 upper level bios and in everything else.

I am a psychology and molecular biology double major, 3rd year, CA resident, out of state school. I'm taking my MCAT in January.

Extras:
Crisis Center Suicide Hotline volunteer- 2 years
Cancer Center volunteer- 1 year
Rape Response volunteer- 1 year
Leadership in 3 clubs- 3 years
TA for a nonscience class- 1 year
Shadowing- 300 hours (endocrinologist, heme/onc, general surgery, primary care, ER)
Diabetes Research lab- 2 years, 2 posters, 1 abstract
Psych (HIV) research lab- 1 semester (ongoing), 1 presentation planned
Liver Transplant lab- 1 semester (ongoing), 1 paper planned
