MD Am I Out of Luck?

I have a 3.4 GPA with a 31S on the MCAT and 200+ hours of volunteering and shadowing (at a rural hospital and a very well-known children's hospital), in addition to 4 years of undergraduate field research in ecology. I have a degree in English Language and Literature and will be finishing up my degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry in May.

I applied to schools in Tennessee, Maryland, and through the southeast, but I haven't gotten any interview invites yet. Secondaries were complete mid-Oct through early Nov. Is it time to give up inbox stalking?
