My biggest concern is that after freshman year I had a 3.95 gpa and it has been steadily decreasing, which I hear can be a red flag to adcoms.
MCAT 12-12-11 S
GPA: 3.73 cum, 3.65 science (at a strong university)
I will graduate with an MS in Bioengineering
ECs:
-Captain of a ranked DI tennis program
- ~450 hours volunteering at a hospital with patient contact over 2 years
- ~150 hours of tutoring underpriviledged youth over 4 semesters
- 1.5 years of research experience in a tissue lab, anticipated 3/4th author publication
- Good shadowing experience
- Decent LORs
Any suggestions on how to improve my application?
Am I competitive enough to be considered for schools like Creighton? I am a CO resident and will apply broadly.
Thanks
