MD Add more "match" schools? 35, 3.9

I submitted most of my secondaries last week, but now I'm debating if I should add more schools because I applied really top-heavy

Stats: 3.99 GPA, 35 MCAT (but 9 in VR).
I also have 1 W on my transcript from Organic Chemistry due to family issue

EC's:
- 4 years research in same lab, 3 national posters, grant award. Upcoming publication that was mentioned in my PI's LOR. Currently working as technician in the same lab
- 3 years emergency department volunteer, along with a summer program that included clinical research
- Intern at my city's department of health for 8 months
- 3 years as a teaching experience as tutor, TA, and workshop leader
- 50 hours community service as a math tutor to underprivileged students
- Organized a community event focused on sustainability and food justice
- Other: 50 hours shadowing, 2 years student senate, Environmental club
Hobbies: was on college rugby team 1 semester, drumming
