MD 3.91 gpa 39 mcat

Hey, I'm a non-Cali resident looking to apply to California schools. Is it too late for this cycle? If it is it's not too big of deal, as I took summer classes and will graduate in 3 years, so I have a year to burn haha. UCSD and Stanford seem pretty cool, but they're probably too hard for an OOS, right? If I apply next year instead, what should I work on while I wait?

Here's my stats and stuff:

3.91 cGPA; 3.88 sGPA
MCAT: 39 (PS 12, V: 13, BS 14)

Work/Activities
Collegiate Athlete (Baseball)
- 3 years playing as SS, 3B, 1B, LF, and 2B

Sciences and Mathematics Tutor (about 960 hours total)
- 3 years of tutoring biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics

Scholastic Awards
- Biology Department GPA scholarship (every semester last 2 years)
- Distinguished Dean's list (every semester last 2 years)
- 2013 Distinguished Biology Major Award (2012-2013 school year)
