Hello, I am a married, NC resident with a lot of varied experiences. I have a MS degree in Biomedical Engineering and have been heavily involved in military research for the past two years. I have worked alongside physicians in a civilian and military setting and would like to move into medicine. What are your thoughts about the schools I am applying to? Thank you for your help.

- Physician shadowing (72 hours Primary Care, Trauma Surgery, Orthopedics, Pulmonary ICU)
- Research (7649 hours)
o Undergraduate research in biological fermentation processes (1 conference) (1330 hours)
o Graduate research in injury biomechanics and computational human body modeling (3 refereed publications and 4 national conferences) (4080 hours)
o Post graduate research for US Army studying soldier injuries from IED explosions (very difficult to publish) (2239 hours)
