MD Any insight to my list?

MCAT: 29
cGPA: 3.0
ScGPA: 3.0
(GPA has massive upward trend, i.e. 2.2 for two years to 3.8 last two)
Bachelors: Nuclear Engineering
Post-Bacc: Wash U
URM
Lots of research, 2 pubs, 3 summer internships (DOE, NNSA, nuclear power plant), lots of volunteering, shadowing etc.

My state school has a 36% in state acceptance rate and 56% for hispanics (which I am), so it is by far my best shot (and why I am not going to apply DO).

I know my GPA is dog sh*t and my MCAT isn't terribly great either. I was wondering if anyone knew of any schools that might like a non-trad URM with a stupid hard and unique undergrad and my statistics.

I was also going to pick a "reach" school (because, why not), any suggestions? I was thinking UCSF or Dartmouth. I'm only applying to about 10 schools because it's highly unlikely I will get in anywhere else besides my state school but if you know of one that fits me, please let me know!
