23 years old, Caucasian male, double major in Kinesiology and Biology, overall GPA: 3.94

I have strong letters from 2 organic professors (highest score in both classes), anatomy professor, a doctor who runs the free clinic I volunteer at, a surgeon I shadowed, and my research professor. My pre-medical adviser has also said that my extracurriculars are diverse and good. I have a few hundred clinical volunteer hours and about a hundred shadowing hours.
I know that my MCAT score (I just got it back today) isn't necessarily up to the standards of the upper tier schools on this list, but which of these schools would you guys think I have a reasonable shot at getting into for 2014?
