MD & DO Med schools that like reinvention

So I read on another post somewhere that there are MD med schools that accept students who have come around with their grades and did amazing in a post-bac or SMP despite their grades in undergrad. I know they will always still look at undergrad, but is there a list of schools that appreciate reinvention? I saw Tulane and NYMC listed, but I wanted to know if there are anymore. Thanks a lot!
