Completing my Hons BSc. in Chemistry

Extra curriculars:
-16 months of full time private research and development laboratory work
-174 hours volunteering in a hospital clinical setting
-160 hours volunteering in a alzheimers centre, also a clinical setting with direct involvement with patients
-one year as an officer of an undergraduate Co-op events and administration committee
-Also plan on getting some shadowing experience before I apply (This coming summer 2013)

I would love any input you guys can offer in my chances in medical school entrance. Also, if you could comment on the "tier" of medical school I should be looking at, generally, that would also be a great help.

For reasons I'd rather not go into, I would really rather shoot for OOS, I'm a texas resident
