MD School List - 3.8 GPA, 34 MCAT

I'm trying to put together a list of schools to apply to. I'm a PA resident, and so far, I've got the following, which is (I think) a pretty reach-heavy list. Could someone suggest schools that are perhaps a bit less competitive? I'm sort of at a loss. Thanks! My cGPA is 3.8 and my MCAT is a 34.
