Can i get in 3.39 MCAT 35

i was wondering if you could possibly help me. I currently have a 3.39 GPA and 3.29 Science GPA i have received a 35 on the MCAT PS 12 V 11 BS 12 i am going to be a Senior. Are my scores competitive I had a 3.8+ for the last 3 semesters i went from a 2.5 to 3.3 in a year. And also i retook organic chemistry II i had received an F and i retook it and got a A, I took Biochemistry I got an A-, Neurobio A, Molecular Cell A-, Genetics B+. I am also applying as a disadvantaged student economically. I had a full time job 40 hours a week. I have done research got 1 publication. Volunteered at a Free Clinic for 300 hours and shadowed a Internist. Do you think i have a shot at medical schools. Mostly States schools and a few private schools like hofstra ,umdnj and Umass. Do you think that NYU or stonybrook is with in reach. I know this is an awkward way of asking you but can you please help me.
