MD 3.93 cGPA 3.9 sGPA MCAT probably 29 or 30

I recently took the MCAT and I don't think it went as well as I wanted, probably 29 or 30. I'm trying to figure out what schools to apply to that would accept me given this score and my GPA. I'm a California resident and my extracurriculars are:

-Research (1 year)
-Calculus and statistics tutor (2 years)
-Student government (1 year)
-Healthcare Ethics internship, involved shadowing physicians 5 hrs a week (1 year)
-D1 athlete (3 years)

Any suggestions?
