MD Which Schools Should a CA resident Not apply to

Hi I am a CA resident with a 3.6 and 32 mcat. Non URM
I have ties (family) to New Jersey and chicago, but not really any other state.

Out of these 24 colleges which ones are not friendly to CA residents or even OOS residents? Any advice on which I should remove would be wonderful.

I have other like 15 other colleges on my list already, but these are the ones I am not really sure about and would like to know which to cut.
