MD 3.60/3.59/34 (11P, 10V, 13B) should i add more top schools?

Stats: 3.60cGPA/3.59sGPA/34(11P, 10V, 13B)
top 15 undergrad known for grade deflation
Involved in clinical volunteering club ever since I got to college (~400 hours)
Involved in community volunteering club ever since I got to college (currently president) (~100 hours)
Founded community volunteering club (~100 hours)
NIH SIP research (~500 hours) (coauthor of paper accepted for publication)
Part-time job during spring semesters (~10hours/week)
LORs: I believe they are all great

I basically applied to every single low-mid tier OOS private school along with ~5-6 OOS public schools close to my state. I also have like 5 sorta-top schools (Dartmouth, Emory, Rochester, Pitt, Case Western). This makes 38 schools in total. Should I add in a couple more top schools like Duke, Vandy, Hopkins, UPenn? Time and money is not an issue.
