MD & DO Am I competitive - 3.64cpga 3.49sgpa 30 MCAT 8 Verbal

So i have a 3.64cpa, 3.49sgpa, 30 mcat (11ps, 11bs, 8V) I was wondering if i am considered a competitive applicant?

My school list is mainly lower tier, mid tier schools. Any advice on school list would be appreciated.
