I am a URM coming from a mid level 4 year university with a 3.83s and 3.83 overall GPA. I just got my MCAt scores and I was disappointed at 11P 10V 11B (32). I think i'll be able to get into some medical school, but I wanted to know what are my chances at top 20 medical schools such as Vanderbilt and Cornell and maybe also some top 10 such as Duke, Upenn. Is top 10 definitely out of reach and should I retake if I feel like with more studying I can pull off a 34 or higher. As for my EC, I think i have standard EC. I have really strong research background having done it since freshmen year with multiple poster presentations and maybe even a pub within the next few months hopefully.
