MD 3.9cGPA, 3.84sGPA, 30 MCAT, need re-app advice plz

cGPA: 3.9, sGPA: 3.84, MCAT: 30 (P=11, V=9, B=10)

- Chemistry major at state school
- Non-traditional reapplicant, ORM, OR resident
- 4 years full-time as a researcher for a pharma company
- 2 years hospital volunteer
- 3 years free clinic volunteer
- 80 hours physician shadowing (several specialties)
- 3 years chemistry tutor
- 1 semester as a chemistry TA
- 2 summers of research in chemistry
- Intramural sports
LORs: Spanish Teacher (new), Chemistry professor x 2, volunteer coordinator, work supervisor, MD physician (I believe all these should be strong)

I applied last cycle but didn’t end up submitting my AMCAS until mid-August because of a delayed MCAT (complete at most schools by Oct.-Nov.). I applied to about 20 MD schools and received a post-interview rejection from my state school and nothing else.

I have continued a majority of my activities from last cycle. This time I will be ready to submit my application by June. My school list is below also I am interested in rural medicine. I would like to see what everyone’s thoughts about my school list and if I am on the right track for this cycle. Thanks in advance for the help!
