MD & DO c3.63, s3.4, MCAT pending (AAMC average 33)

Hey everyone -

So here is some background info:
Cumulative GPA is a 3.63 and I have a BS in Biology and a BS in Psychology (just graduated). Science GPA is around a 3.4 last time I checked, it's probably a little higher but not significantly. I have a strong upward trend in grades, from 3.3 freshman year to a 3.9 senior year. Only issue is I have a C in first semester orgo.

Just took the MCAT, and my AAMC average was a 33. My ECs are as follows:
-One year working at an HIV clinic and outreach center
-6 months in an Emergency room
-1 year in a children's hospital
-2 years at a homeless shelter
-6 months for a refugee org
-summer internship doing clinical research
-1.5 years doing research in Neuro and Psych
~100 hours shadowing

So basically I'm wondering if I have a decent chance at MD schools, and which ones to apply to, or what the DO schools with better reputations are.
