MD & DO What to do? low gpas

So here's some of my background
I am currently a senior planning to graduate next semester biological sciences.
26 years old female african background and heritage but born and raised mostly in the US.

I transferred a couple of time, and withdrew from classes twice ( the whole semester twice)

Right now I calculated my cumulative GPA : 3.15
with I think my science GPA being 2.98
( I took calculus 1 twice B first time, D the second time but I calculated both into the cum gpa and science gpa)

Right it looks like I may not apply until 2015, though I wanted to take the MCAT in August or September of this year and apply 2014 but my gpa is I think to low.

I've been volunteering at a hospital in general once a week since the ending of November.

I volunteered for two summers at medical center for senior ( I guess its kind of like assisted living but it was a medical center where seniors lived)

other than that I can't say I have significant extracurricular activities for about a year I was going to a christian group for a year and a gospel choir for a school year but that was like in 2005..

Part of the problem is that I commute to school and it can take me about 2 hours and 30 minutes just to get back ( I have no car, honestly I still need to get my license ..)
on top of that I'd come home at 7:18 and by then I did not feel like studying at that time an instead of wasted time online..cramming for exams which did not help me get As..)

Can someone give me some guidance on what to do now..? Obviously this studying and lack of motivation must be dealt with I mean honestly I feel this all stems from inner issues I've felt I have not dealt with..
nevertheless asides from that are there any thing you guys suggest I do?

It look like I may have to try for a special master's program but to be honest I really need to make sure that I do well in it also..studying well and studying enough to do well in those classes. I don't want to fail at this

I was thinking about doing a special masters program but I really need to make sure I know how hard I am going to have to work to do well in it.
Also anything else to help my application look better.

BTW I have no experience working in research with a professor, scientist, etc.
