BS in Chem and BA in Religion/Philosophy - Class of 2011

Took 2011-2012 year off to volunteer
Took 2012-2013 for missing 2 bio classes

MCAT: still waiting for scores. I've been hitting 30-34 on my practice tests.
Let's say I do "poorly" but get my minimum goal 30.

Clinical volunteer activities
-150 hrs at local hospital since October 2012-present

Physician shadowing (include specialties and total hours)
-Unfortunately, I have no shadowing hrs. However, I do take my aging parents to the doctors often and often come into the room at their request to help them out.

Research
-1 year of Analytical Chemistry research focusing on method development
-1 Poster presentation at Undergraduate Symposium

Nonclinical volunteer activities
-One Year Full Time Volunteer as a Middle School Math/Science Student Teacher in Chicago ~1,500 hrs
-Church service volunteer - help setup, take down and ensure the service runs smoothly. (500 hrs over 4 years.)
-Convention - same idea as church service volunteer but scale up for ~1,000-7,000 participants once a year for 4 years

Employment
-1 year Tutoring Company (currently employment)
-2 academic year + summer Lab TA (Gen Chem, OChem, Physical, Inorganic)
-2 year Chem Stockroom worker

Leadership
-1 year Historian for Chemistry Club at School
-1 year MC at chruch service
-1 yearSmall Faith sharing group
-1 year research. My PI's group was just starting out and I was a senior so I was the head and mentored to the younger researchers on good method development
-1 year Peer Assisted Study Session - focus not only directly helping students but also build a community where students help each other

Awards (just what is expected of a hardworking student)
-Summa cum Laude
-Program scholar of both my degrees (basically highest GPA)
-Scholarship award for not only academic perforance but also service to university community enough to cover 90% tuition.

Possible Medical School Choices

Chicago Franklin

Wake Forest
Creighton

Temple
Uni of Vermont

Loma Linda
Georgetown
Emory
St. Louis

Is this a realistic list or am I underselling/overselling myself?

If I get a 32, 34 on the MCAT, what more competitive schools could I potentially add or what could I drop from my list.

Thanks in advance.
