I have a 35 MCAT (12P 12B 11V) and a 4.0 (freshman-junior). I can, due to military parents, apply as either an OK or TX resident. Which residency should I use? Also, what top 30 schools do I have a shot of getting into? I have 100+ clinical hours, 1 semester in a genetics lab (plus I will be in one all senior year), membership in medical ethics, premed, honors society and AED clubs, an exec position in the Honors student association, tutor for biology, recipient of some Biology-specific scholarships, work during the summers, and have a brother graduating from med school (which has provided me a lot of insight into medicine). I don't have shadowing hours (except the clinical experience which brought me into frequent contact w/ a GP), but plan on remedying that this summer.
