MD 4.0 GPA, 28 MCAT Chances at mid-tier?

4.0 GPA with a 28 MCAT

EC:
2 years summer research in Cancer biology lab
4 year basketball player
4 year academic all-conference
tri-beta biological science member, bio club member, pre-med club member
30 hours of shadowing various docs (orthoped, family practice, radiologist)
variety of poster sessions


I know the EC's are lacking, but basketball takes up 4-6 hours a day of time (including film, weightlifting, practice, and pre/post season workouts).
