MD & DO What are my chances for MD or DO?

Hi,

I'm currently entering my senior year of college. I'm gonna really try to bring my GPA up this year and retake my bio courses to boost my bio GPA. I know my GPAs are really low, but I'm still hoping that I will get in somewhere. I'm also considering PA schools. I haven't taken the MCAT yet, but I was wondering what would be a good range for me to get in order to offset my GPA and get in somewhere. What are my chances? Also, I'm Asian if that matters

cGPA - 3.15
sGPA - 3.00

2 yrs of undergraduate research in a Lab
- about 20hrs/ week
Participated in Undergraduate Research Program ( Presented a poster)
1 yr of volunteering at local hospital in the ED (about 130 hrs)
Member of a leadership society (just started but hoping to be very involved this year)

Studied abroad for a summer and took a bio class for credit (if this helps any)

Future goals
-Looking to get EMT certified
-Hopefully find an internship in a medical office
-Medical mission

I'm planning to take a year off or even two to improve my application. Any advice on what I should do?
