MD & DO High GPA, low MCAT! HELP

cGPA: 3.9
sGPA:3.8
MCAT: 9 VR 7 PS 8 BS, 24

I did terrible on the first MCAT two years ago, retook it last month and got a 24 (8 point increase from first time but still very low!)

What are my chances of acceptance into a DO school? Or MD school?? I am planning on sending in my application the first day the app is open for submission. Also have tons of EC under my belt i.e. hematology intern for 3 years, research for 3 years, internship at a top grad program in Chicago, emergency room volunteer....etc
