MD Just Finished my Prereqs

I just finished most my prereqs for med school. Needless to say, this has been the worst year ever. In addition to things in my family, I ended up spending time in an EC that set me back drastically.

Here's the grades:

Honors calc (1,2,3): A's (it was a year of everything, with each semester being 4 hours)

Bio 1, Bio 2: A's in both

Gen Chem 1, 2: B+'s in both

Gen Chem 1 lab: A-
Gen Chem 2 lab: B

Physics 1 and 2: B+'s in both

Orgo 1: C
Orgo 1 lab: A-

Orgo 2: B
Orgo 2 lab: Probably a B

I have yet to take Genetics and Biochem, but I will be taking those. Did I just shoot myself in the foot with these grades? I'm a Texas resident highly interested in schools at the level of Baylor College of Medicine. However as of right now, my GPA is somewhere like a 3.65-3.67, and the only places where I don't have A's are in my science classes.

It's not that I'm simply unable to understand the concepts in these subjects. I've legitimately always done so many things that I have had less time to spend on the classes that take more time. More often then not, these are science classes. I just finished my sophomore year but I've been involved in 3 research labs already, was accepted to SURF in the one I'm at right now, have 100+ hours of volunteering, 30 hours of shadowing, and won some major awards in competitions and will be an officer in a prehealth club next semester. And then there were things that happened this year like changing my major, a family incident, etc.

Am I doomed for schools at the range of Baylor? (avg. GPA: 3.8, MCAT 33). My sGPA right now is probably somewhere like a 3.3. I don't wish to go the DO route.
