MD 3.45 cgpa, 3.31 sgpa, 31 mcat

I'm a graduated senior, I have a 3.45 cgpa, 3.31 sgpa with a 31O MCAT. I have the 200+ volunteer hours, 40+ hours of shadowing, 2 publications in progress, 3 leadership in the same club, TA and tutor, I'm also an URM. Do you think I have a good shot? I'm mostly worried about my low gpa :-(. I started off with many Cs, I think I got 4 or 5 Cs throughout my college career every semester until junior yr but I ended college well; in fact I got all As in my very last semester; I have a slow upwards trend. What do you think my odds are for MD?
