MD cGPA 3.5, sGPA 3.6, MCAT 30 (imbalanced)

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to SDN, but would really appreciate some feedback.

Stats:
-March 2013 MCAT: 8 PS, 13 VR, 9 PS :(
-cGPA is 3.5
-sGPA 3.6

EC:
-2 years working as lab manager in academia
-One publication in the field of child psychology, one in review
-ER scribe (since Nov 2012)
-1 year (~100 hrs) volunteering at a hospital

Demographics:
-NYC/CA resident (native NY, moved to CA 6 months ago)
-25 yrs old non-trad/married
-low-income asian female

I studied for the last 6 months and have been averaging 10/10/10 on my practice test so pretty disappointed by my scores (although happy about verbal). Also if anyone has advice on whether I should retake, I would love to hear it.
